Today E had her piano lesson in the morning, then we went to the art museum to visit a neat hands-on exhibit which recreates a town of the Creek nation circa 1790. E and T made a clay pot, listened in on a council session, listened to music and shook rattles, worked with beads and designed a clan symbol for our family. On the way back from the bathroom, she got sucked into the new acquisitions room. There are still gouges on the floor from my having to drag her out to go home--I think I'll start a "Things to do when it's gloomy" list and put "visit the art museum" at the top!
